This gorgeous property has lots of open spaces and long view corridors. It gave us a chance to add many subtle touches. Hand-painted glass backsplash. Large scale art. Custom lighting. The color palette was inspired by the ocean just steps away. We blended durable materials and elegant comfort to create a balanced look that performs amazingly as a rental home.
About This Project
This beautiful oceanfront home located in Punto San Francisco in Playa Langosta was a new build specifically created for high-end, large family/group vacation rentals. High-volume/use homes like this, require special consideration when selecting fabrics and finishes.
A lot of high-quality natural stones were used, particularly in the bathrooms, main floors, and pool. They add a natural touch that make the home stand out and feel special.
The kitchen was designed to be spacious and elegant but durable and versatile enough to accommodate private chefs and caterers. It features an exquisite imported backsplash that became one of the main conversation pieces of the home
We also wanted to incorporate “wow” pieces of art in the main areas but hanging paintings on every wall would detract from the aesthetic. Instead, we sourced a stunning textile and built a custom frame to display it. This piece of art stretches floor to ceiling in the main living space, approximately 18 feet!
To decorate and furnish the home we utilized select pieces from quality providers like Sunbrella Fabrics, Castelle Outdoor Furniture, Decotex curtains, etc.
This project was a new build that took about a year to complete. The result is a magnificent home that is always booked and an aesthetic that looks divine while being able to endure the wear and tear of the constant flow of new guests.
